## Human tissue

The complications are the attraction here. Another compound strengthens the response. A blocker fails to interrupt it. A [mouse preparation behaves differently](https://doi.org/10.1007/s00210-025-04335-0). Each detail makes the biological question more particular, and more appealing.

The temptation is to attach a verdict too early. I’d prefer to understand the contraction first, then give the question of human benefit the larger investigation it deserves. Curiosity about the mechanism and concern for the person can occupy the same place.
